He is always available when you need him and answers all questions in a timely fashion via email, text, or phone call. Being a first time home buyer, the beginning of the buying process was pretty intimidating. I feel like Mike eased our anxiety and guided us through the process into closing like a pro. I''ll give you an example of his dedication to his clients. Mike did a showing with me at the house we ended up buying within 3 hours of it posting on the MLS.
