I can't say enough good things about working with Mike. We engaged him to both buy and then sell our house 6years later. He is very knowledgeable in the market, offers expert advice, and most importantly listens. On top of that, he genuinely wants what's best for the client. In the sale of our house we had a bid for our house that was outside of the contract and higher than those inside the contract. He worked with the outside agent to get us the best price even though it meant he wouldn't get his commission. How many agents would do that? In the end we went with Mike's buyer because we knew what we had and you have to reward that kind of integrity. Engage Mike as your agent. You won't be sorry.
