Paul and Andrea were an amazing team to work with. When I say that they went above and beyond, I truly mean it. From submitting offers for us at the boarding gate (and being the last on the plane), to driving us out to Leadville and back when we needed to look beyond our original scope. They are super kind, professional, very personable, and very engaged with each property that we saw. When we finally crossed the finish line and signed, they had such a fun gift for us, and even still drop by with cookies and invitations to fun with past and present clients. So yes, above and beyond!

Absolutely the best realtors we have ever worked with! Extremely smart and experienced, this team has seen it all, and made a complex transaction run like clockwork. Additionally, we've never seen realtors work as hard as the Kohlmans--they went way beyond the call of duty to make sure every little detail was perfect. Their guidance was impeccable, as they just seemed to know what questions might come up. The way they photographed and staged our home for sale was lights out--we had 27 showings in 2.5 days, and sold for way more than we had hoped. Amazing!
