"Joe is wonderful - a genuinely caring person who is in the business to help people (which I imagine is a bit rare these days!). We were first time home buyers, and decided to buy in the crazy market that was early 2021... Joe was able to provide us insight, answer our questions, and ease our anxieties. He anticipated things that we never would have, and found answers to questions we hadn't known to ask. Joe is very kind and very straightforward; we always felt he had OUR best interests in mind, and gave us honest answers. Of course, he was very timely and responsive, and was generous with his time. We particularly appreciated that he helped keep us grounded in what we wanted out of a home; if something about a property seemed questionable, or not meeting what we wanted, he encouraged us to be patient. We also appreciated how thorough he was with any property we looked at; he scrutinized every detail of homes that we looked at, and pointed out any potential issues with the property that the selling agent may have been less than forward about. We very much appreciated this honesty, especially as first time home buyers who didn't really know what they were doing! Finally, we also learned that Joe's integrity and competence stands out above many other agents - in this process, you naturally end up learning about listing agents, and then when you buy, you end up getting a more in depth sense of the seller's agent. Believe me, all of those agents paled in comparison to Joe - he is very thorough, and very knowledgeable. We felt very, very lucky to have worked with Joe."
