Cozette recently represented us in buying a home. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the area and willingness to meet us on short notice. When we were looking for a home, it was clearly a seller's market. Cozette contacted us immediately when a home meeting our criteria came on the market. We appreciate that she didn't send us any listings that were outside our parameters . She was very resourceful in her negotiating skills.
