We have bought and sold a few homes across the US being a military family, Cozette has by far been the best realtor that we have ever worked with! I am so grateful that the Holy Spirit led me to her. God always knows best ? She represented us with the selling of our home. If we were not moving out of the area then we would have most certainly used her again as our agent. What I appreciated most about Cozette was her level of Faith. There were times when we knew spiritual warfare and prayers were needed, and she would join me in praying every step of the way. That really meant a lot to me as there is so much power in a simple but yet effective prayer. Cozette always remained calm and very level headed, which was something we definitely needed from our agent. I never once felt like I couldn't trust Cozette. We have been in situations where we've had agents that we felt like we couldn't trust and even agents that seemed like they didn't have our best interest at heart. It was a breath of fresh air to know that Cozette was trustworthy and truly cared about us. We never once felt like just a business transaction while working with her.

Cozette Morrow went above and way beyond to help us get our brother's house sold to his neighbor. There were problems with financing for the buyer and she guided the transaction every step of the way to a successful closing. She was thorough and followed up on every detail that came along and there were many obstacles. She was kind, considerate, patient and very generous with her time. Her expertise was invaluable and we would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction. She was a lifesaver for us all the while being pregnant, giving birth and tending to a newborn.
